high volume, professional offset printing
QUANTITY
Offset printing is ideal for large volume printing. For quantities of 500 or more offset printing may be ideal.
TURN AROUND
There is a little more set-up time involved with offset printing. Typical production is around 5 business days.
PRICING
Offset printing is the most efficient at higher quantities. Typically the higher the quantity the lower the per piece price.
SIZE
Offset printing allows for jobs to be ganged together on much larger sheets and then cut down to their finished size.
INK
Offset printing uses actual ink, not toner. Each ink color is applied separately (one plate per color).
PROOFING
For color critical jobs we offer Epson color-correct proofs.
PANTONE®
With offset printing Pantone® inks can be used for brand consistency.
QUALITY
Offset printing produces a sharp, clean and consistent image.
More about offset printing
When offset printing, your artwork is burned onto metal plates. These plates take on ink and presses it onto a rubber roller, thereby transferring the printed image. The rubber roller then presses against paper, giving you your final print. It is called ‘Offset printing’ because the printed image is first ‘Offset’ to the rubber roller before it hits the final piece.
